FREE Resources to Promote Your E-Book!

A Few Tips:

As authors, we are always looking for new ways to get our books in front of a new audience! I have compiled a list of resources that will promote your free e-book for free! Some of them do offer paid promotions, but that is up to you and your relationship with the resources. I haven't tried any paid options yet, and still, see considerable numbers in downloads.

For each resource, there may be a few different rules, so before you submit your book, make sure it meets the requirements (ex. reviews, pages, subject, etc.) I've listed the requirements I've found but they may change!

I will add more as I find more over time!

Hi Bethany.
I purchased your eBook "Save the Ocean" on Amazom.com and tried to leave a review because as an author myself, I know how important reviews are for us, and how much it helps promoting the book.
However, I could not because I didn't spend $50 using a valid credit or debit card in the past 12 months, even when I purchased the eBook. Not be able to leave a review is so UNFAIR!
I did some research and here is the link where you can find the “Eligibility” condition: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201929730
It’s something that worth mentioning to your audience, because others can be as upset about this as I am right now. I planned to leave a review to yourself and another author who I like, and also purchased her book. However, I can’t because of a very silly condition imposed by Amazon.
Amazon should have created an exception on this $50 minimum when you purchase any product that is less than $50, and as a customer who bought a product, any product, I should be able to post a review, positive or negative. Unfortunately, there isn’t one.
Usually, I use hubby account to buy things from Amazon and have it delivered to New Zealand, where I live. I’ll start to use my own account from now on.
All the best, Elida.

So glad I found this! This was such a good resource for me as a new children's book author who is trying to promote my books.
